That the proposed lease of portion of erf 18126, Kraaifontein (P) situated at 125 Vatican Street, Uitzicht for a 12 meter minor freestanding base station to Rich Rewards leasing NOT BE SUPPORTED for the following reasons: |

That the position impedes directly on a planned footpath, to be implemented with ward funding on outer financial year’s budget. This planning was done in consultation with the community.

The proposed positioning of the minor freestanding base station, being in close proximity of private properties.

Would have a severe visual impact on the environment.
