Resolution detail

RESOLVED that,

a.) That the Subcouncil NOTE content of the report regarding the Public Participation Process to obtain comments on the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (MPBL).
 
b.)      That the report regarding the Public Participation Process to obtain comments on Proposed Prescription of the Public Participation Process to Obtain Comments on the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (MPBL) be DISTRIBUTED to Ward Committees and organisations listed on the Community Organisations Database for input or comment.
c.)      That the Subcouncil SUBMIT comment on the report regarding the public participation process on the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (MPBL) for public comment, within the pre-scribed time frames and methods as advertised.
