RESOLVED that,
The advertising of the proposed amendments to the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (MPBL), be NOTED.
The Subcouncil submit any comments on the proposals within the timeframes and methods advertised.
An Activity Day be arranged with relevant stakeholders to discuss the Amendments to the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law.
