Resolution detail
Jacques Cedras introduced the report and gave an opportunity to Cllrs to ask questions.
Cllr Cassiem requested for tree pruning at Durr Road. He added that the trees at Greenhaven and Rygate are obstructing the street lights and requested that they also be cut.
Mr Cedras made a commitment to address these concerns during the upcoming monitoring meeting. Furthermore, he made reference to the fact that they are currently initiating purchase orders for pruning. Nevertheless, tree pruning is performed on a risk-based approach. He further encouraged the Cllrs to log service requests.
Cllr Cassiem proposed for the adoption of the resolution seconded by Cllr Moses.
There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.
