Subcouncil 4

Resolution detail

a) That serious consideration be given to the listed streets in Cravenby Estate and Florida Estate in Ravensmead; (as per attachment)
 

2. That Subcouncil 4 supports the request to the Executive Director:  Urban Mobility;

 

3. That the relevant line department incorporates and includes the aforementioned streets within the 2024/2025 Rehabilitation and Reseal program to address the attached concerns as part of the City’s redress program.

 

4. That the proposed execution of the repair and reinstatement works in consultation with the Department of Water and Sanitation, still be accommodated within the current financial year (23/24), if at all possible;

 
FURTHER RESOLVED
 

5. That a  written report be submitted to the Subcouncil at its next meeting scheduled for the 18^th of April 2024 that outlines the proposed execution of the repair and reinstatement works in consultation with the Department of Water and Sanitation in the current financial year (23/24);

 
Bi-monthly reports be submitted to provide a status on how resolutions a and c supra are going to be incorporated and included in the department’s Rehabilitation and Reseal program within the 2024/2025 financial year.
