Mr. Daniels introduced the report and explained that Subcouncil 14 made provision from its R1.9 million Subcouncil Allocations funding for Grants-In - Aid, to support community organisations and Non-Governmental Organisations providing services to communities within its boundaries. At its meeting held on 19 February 2024 the Subcouncil resolved to supportnd recommend to Council the beneficiaries contained in the TAP form, however there were two errors on the TAP form. The purpose of this report is to request the Subcouncil to review and rescind the Subcouncil Resolution Number 14SUB 11022024 taken at the Subcouncil meeting held on 19 February 2024 because of errors detected in the TAP Form attached to the tabled report. The Chairperson, Cllr Nikelo encouraged anyone who is compiling the reports to pay attention to details, and allow Mr. Daniels to proofread the report before it is presented to the Subcouncil. Cllr Nikelo moved for the adoption of the report seconded by Cllr Cassiem. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.
