Recommendations – To assess the performance of service delivery generally within the area of jurisdiction (outcome monitoring).

Cllr Simangweni reported that some of the notifications are closed without being attended to but the reporting is progressing well from all the wards.
Cllr Maqungwana commented that there is an MOU between Water & Sanitation and UM for escorting the officials to attend the community service delivery.
