RECOMMEND TO RESOLVE:
That it BE NOTED after investigation as per Subcouncil request for application LLA23110004 – PRIVe Pool the outcome received from Department: Development Management refers:
Regional Co-ordinator, Transport Planning & Network Management: Comments from the Department: Transport, based on details, specifications and information reflected on the Building Plan for Erf 10079, Strand, Drawing No. PRV SL 100 & 101, prepared by ETERNITY SERVICES: EMMANUEL AKUFUNA, dated February 2024, are as follows:
The Department: Transport concurs that there is adequate on-site parking to accommodate 24 patrons, which equates to 4 parking bays. (6 seats per bay). And
Department: Development Management: This was a liquor license application that was circulated to our department for comment, the use is in order but wanted your input on parking allocation.
Subcouncil 8 to consider this email as confirmation of support from the Development Management team for the new liquor license application.
