RECOMMEND TO RESOLVE:
That it be NOTED that an event liquor application for a Section 48(1) was received from Woolworths Liquor (Waterstone Village) – T24030003 was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the event application, reference no. – T24030003, for Woolworths Liquor (Waterstone Village), ON and OFF consumption of liquor, BE SUPPORTED.
