RECOMMENDED TO RESOLVE:
                              Subcouncil 08 to NOTE the outcome of traffic calming measure request for the month of February 2024 received after technical investigation by the Urban Mobility Department and recommendation received by the Transport Planning and Network Management Department. The feedback are attached to the report.

Transport Integrated Communication reference numbers: TNDE2844 – Hertzog Road, Somerset West Feedback received 16 February 2024 reads as follows: Based on the warrant analysis and upon reviewing the operational capacity at the intersection, no interventions are warranted for the study section of Hertzog Road between Firmount Road and Cyprus road. Interventions to divert traffic may exacerbate any traffic capacity constraints of other intersections in the area.
