Subcouncil 18 DO NOT SUPPORT the recommendation:
It is recommended that the portion of Erf 75609 Cape Town, situated at 292A Prince George Drive, Southfield in extent approximately 1.38ha and as indicated by the figure lettered as ABCDEFGH on the attached Plan 130010052 marked as Annexure A, be DEFERRED BACK to the Human Settlements Directorate (Informal Settlements Department), for additional information i.e. environmental issues, phase two and engage the relevant Line Department in terms of the process going forward.
