It is recommended that the portions of erven 75569-RE, 75570 and 75571 Cape Town, situated at Klip Road, Parkwood in extent approximately 5.25ha and as indicated by the figure lettered as ABCDEFGHJ on the attached Plan 130009891v0
marked as Annexure A, be REFUSED for the Community Services and Health Directorate (Recreation and Parks Department), based on the above comments made by Cllr D Nelson. |
