RESOLVED that it be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from BLOK PROP was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA24020018, for the business BLOK PROP at 126 Main Road, Sea Point BE SUPPORTED WITH CONDITIONS:

No alcohol be allowed on the pavement as per legislation.

Applicant to ensure that the glass sliding doors will not create a problem in respect of noise.

Outside glass doors to be closed at 21h00.

No live music allowed.

Applicant to apply for a Business Licence/Certificate of Acceptability.
