RESOLVED that,
the application for extension of liquor trading hours received from reference WCP/042163 PICK ‘N PAY FISH HOEK FAMILY STORE, ERF 17653 SHOP 12, THE ARCADE, 120 MAIN ROAD FISH HOEK be REFUSED for:
a) Monday to Saturday from 18:00 to 20:00 for off-consumption purposes, for the following reasons:
i. The problems associated with drunkenness and social ills (anti-social behaviour).
ii. The risks to and nuisances on the surrounding community, and
iii. Mitigation measures to assist the control of risks and nuisances.
