Resolution detail

Mr. De Villiers introduced the report. He explained that the report is more of a notification about the upcoming Public Participation Process for the list of traffic calming measures that will be implemented by his department during 2024/25 financial year. A full public participation process will be followed where the notification will go through various media, Subcouncil office, libraries and letter boxes to allow communities to comment. Cllr Adams moved for the adoption of the report seconded by Ald Jacobs. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution. RESOLVED That the report on Urban Mobility Traffic Calming Capital Programme FY25: Public Participation Process BE NOTED. Action: ANTHONY DANIELS
