RESOLVED
1. That the heritage plinth at Newlands Spring, undertaken by Subcouncil 20,
be redone following the principles of community-driven planning, as guided
by the City of Cape Town Public Participation Unit;
2. That the heritage of the area, using the above geographical area as a draft to initiate the project plan in the Claremont/Newlands area, be investigated
for memory markers in circular heritage walk; following a process
guided by the principles of community-driven planning, as guided by the
City of Cape Town Public Participation Unit.
