RESOLVED That Erf 4465 Delft situated at corner of Delft Main and Stellenbosch Arterial Roads, Delft, in extent 23 461 m² and as indicated as ABCDEFGH on Plan 130009309 attached as Annexure “A”, be reserved for the Informal Settlements Department BE APPROVED with reservation that:
 
Chairperson concluded that a consensus was to agree on the reservation of land with concerns. The process to be explained to the community regarding the City’s implementation of the Spatial Development Framework regarding Human Settlements and use of City owned land and a communication plan has to be worked out.
