Mr. Daniels introduced the report and explained that they have received a request from the City of Cape Town Ombudsman office to withdraw this item. Cllr Nikelo and Cllr Moses accepted that the item be withdrawn. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution. RESOLVED That the report on Public Participation Process: City Ombudsman By-law and City Ombudsman Policy BE WITHDRAWN. . Action: ANTHONY DANIELS
