RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2
 
i)        That the Subcouncils support Library & Information Services in their efforts to retrieve overdue library material, by informing their                            communities about Fine-Free Week and actively encouraging people to return overdue library material;
ii)       That the report in (i) above be circulated to all ward committee members to encourage via various communication platforms to return their   
          overdue library items to their local library, preferable to the library where the items was borrowed.
