It was recommended that:
a) the Subcouncil note the current public participation process to obtain comments on the proposed prescription of the method of notification in relation to applications in terms of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law (MPBL);
b) Subcouncil submit any comments on the proposal within the timeframes and methods advertised.
