The Subcouncil recommends that the application for a liquor license received from Yumi Yumi Liquor Store for the sale of liquor for Consumption OFF Premises, Reference No LLA24010003 should NOT BE SUPPORTED for the following reasons:
1. Not in the best interest of the public.
2. Continues complaints from the surrounding residents.
3. Public drinking
4. Loitering
5. Defecating in public
6. Continuous fighting of homeless people in and around the establishment.
