It was RESOLVED that the report to subcouncil on the exercising of delegation (10) (2) of council’s system of delegation that grant subcouncil managers in consultation with the chairperson and affected ward councillor the authority to comment to the competent authority at public participation stage on the granting of insignificant rights to use, manage or control city immovable assets such as land, property and buildings, to recommend conditions of approval and to request a report to be submitted to sub-council where deemed necessary BE NOTED.
