That the contents of the report be noted.

That the Subcouncil comment and make recommendations to the Executive Mayor together with the Mayoral committee for submissions to the Council with regards to the IDP as deemed necessary by the end of business on 26 February 2024.
FURTHER RESOLVED

That a session be arranged with the Councillors to discuss the amendments made to the budget, adjustment budget, or IDP.

That the amendments affecting Subcouncil 4 be presented to the Councillors either through a formal meeting or via a presentation circulated to the Councillors of Subcouncil 4.
