Cllr Nikelo introduced the report and said that the report is for noting. He asked the officials to take the meeting through the report. Mr. Booysen said that the report is for noting as it was discussed in Council and that there is amendment with the submission date as stated in the report, to 13th March 2024. Mr. Daniels said that the next Activities Day Meeting is scheduled for the 11th March 2024 and would like this report to be put as an item in that agenda so that the comment can be a collective of the Subcouncil. Cllr Nikelo said that the Subcouncil Manager should collate the comments from the Councillors and forward those to the official. Cllr Nqavashe noted the report seconded by Cllr Adams. There was unanimous agreement with the resolutionRESOLVED That the report on Proposed Amendments to the 2022-2027 Integrated Development Plan (IDP) - 2023/24, Related to the Council approved Mid-year Adjustment Budget BE NOTED. .
