Cllr Nikelo introduced the report and said that the report is for noting. He asked the officials to take the meeting through the report. Mr. Booysen said that the report is for noting as it was discuss in council and that there is amendment with the submission date as stated in the report to 04th March 2024. Cllr Nikelo said that the Subcouncil Manager should collate the comments from the Councillors and forward those to the official. Cllr Nqavashe noted the report supported by Cllr Cassiem. There was unanimous agreement with the resolutionRESOLVED That the report on Invitation to submit written comments in connection with the City’s integrated annual report 2022/2023 BE NOTED .
