RESOLVED that it be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from 21 NETTLETON was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA23120008, for the business 21 NETTLETON at 19 Nettleton Clifton BE SUPPORTED WITH CONDITIONS.
Subject to the following requests being included in the terms of the licence:
- Liquor to be sold to Guests only and not external visitors
- Trading hours till 23:00 and no later
- No music or entertainment license to be granted.
- Applicant to apply and be granted a licence (Sale & Supply of Meals only)
