b.) That the report regarding the Subcouncil Local Needs Project Proposal Aligned to City’s Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Budget Time Lines, BE DISTRIBUTED to Ward Committees and organisations listed on the Community Organisations Database for input or comment.
Recommendations or input to the Subcouncil to be submitted on or before 4 March 2024.
