The content of the quarterly reports received from ward committee members for the period 1 October – 31 December 2023 BE NOTED.

That non-compliant ward committee members be afforded the opportunity to submit their quarterly reports for the period 1 October – 31 December 2023 by no later than 29 February 2024.

That the non-receipt of quarterly reports be reported to the Office of the Speaker for further attention.
