That the report on the activities for Specialised Services: Anti land Invasion for the period: January 2024 BE NOTED.
That the Subcouncil Manager BE TASKED to liaise with the department to ensure compliance in submitting monthly reports addressing the hotspot areas as requested by Subcouncil 7.
That the first monthly report serves before Subcouncil 7 at its April meeting cycle, failing which, the matter be escalated and dealt with administratively.
