RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2
 
a)    That the contents of the report, Social Development and Early Childhood Development Report by Area North: Period July to December 2023
       BE ACKNOWLEDGED and APPRECIATED;
b)    That the Social Develpment& Early Childhood Development department communicate in advance with the ward councillors in terms of which
        programmes they will cover from their central budget in order for councillors not to make funding available for the same programmes.;
c)    That ward councillors relook at ward allocation projects that will strengthen the services within the respective wards.
