A.     That the sector composition of Ward 70 BE AMENDED by reducing the number of seats allocated within the Education Sector to zero as well as reducing the Faith Based Sector to zero and increase the number of seats allocated within the Civic Based Sector to five.

  1. That the following proposed amendments to ward committee seats or sectors be circulated to ward committee members for comment and in instances where supported be submitted for certification and accepted as approved:
 
Ward 103:  That the sector composition of Ward 103 BE AMENDED by reducing the seat allocation of the Safety & Security Sector from 5 to 4 and increasing the Civic Based Organisation Sector with 1 seat increasing the seat allocation to 2.
 
Ward 105:  That the sector / seat allocation remain unchanged.
 
Ward 112:   That should the ward councilor have any amendments, such be communicated to the Subcouncil staff.
