RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2
 
a)    That the Subcouncil NOTE the current public participation process to obtain comments on the proposed prescription of the method of
       notification Planning By-law (MPBL);
b)   That the comment of the Subcouncil 2 is as follows:
 
b)    Residents cannot forfeit the rights if they do not amend their email details;
c)    That the department need to make sure that notices are advertised in the local newspapers and on a specific site besides beside emails and
       notices to the Subcouncil 2 in order to ensure if effective public participation from  effective communities.
