It was resolved that:

Line Departments be identified to report on the critical top 20 outstanding C3 notifications.

The summary schedule of service request notifications for Subcouncil 8 BE NOTED.

The departments be tasked to action the oldest items first.

That the report regarding Service Request Notifications report for Subcouncil 8 as at end February 2024, BE ACCEPTED.
-
That all duplicated Service Notifications BE REMOVED before the next submission of a report to the next Subcouncil meeting scheduled to take place on Thursday, 18 April 2024.
