RESOLVED that,
A site visit to the Noordhoek Low Voltage Depot be arranged with the Subcouncil and relevant officials.
Simphiwe Ndzuzo (Project Manager) provide an update on the progress of the Noordhoek Low Voltage Depot (CPX.0004006-F1) project at the Subcouncil Activity Day.
Simphiwe Ndzuzo be tasked with investigating the lapse of land use permissions, ensuring accountability for the delay, and reporting back to the Subcouncil.
