The Subcouncil Manager introduced the item. The purpose of the report was to outline the process, principles and procedures relating to the 2024/2025 Subcouncil Ward Allocation and Subcouncil Allocation Projects. Mr.Daniels indicated that Ward Allocations can be identified over a 3-year plan horizon. However, plans for operational and capital projects can still be made. He further explained that the deadline for Ward Allocation Process is the end of September. On 15 July 2023, there must be a final list of projects. He encouraged the projects to be clearly defined. He added that projects should not be allocated to the Subcouncil in order to allow Line Departments to implement. Ald Jacobs proposed adoption of the resolution. Cllr Nikelo seconded the proposal. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution. RESOLVED that The Ward Allocation and Subcouncil Allocation Process: Financial Year 2024/2025 BE NOTED.
