RESOLVED
It is recommended that Erf 9367 Milnerton, situated at Hopley Road, Table View, Milnerton, in extent 239 m² and indicated as ABC on Plan 130008572, attached as Annexure “A”, be reserved for the Environmental Management Department, subject to the following conditions:

The subject property shall be incorporated in the perimeter of the Table Bay Nature Reserve;

The Environmental Management Department takes responsibility for any required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;

The said Department accepts accountability and full responsibility for the management of the land, including maintenance and security, as is applicable;

That cognisance be taken of the internal branch comments listed under paragraph 9 below, where applicable;

That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Environmental Management Department.
