RESOLVED that having considered the City of Cape Town Traffic Calming Policy in terms of Section 7 (1) (c), physical traffic calming measures cannot be used on Class 3 roads to regulate drivers’ speeds. Therefore, request for traffic calming at Victoria Road, Woodstock is declined.
