Resolution detail

It was resolved that
 

1. Line Departments be identified to report on the critical top 20      outstanding C3 notifications.
2. The summary schedule of service request notifications for      Subcouncil 8 BE  NOTED.
3. The departments be tasked to action the oldest items first.
4. That the report regarding Service Request Notifications report for Subcouncil 8 as at 28 February 2023, BE ACCEPTED.
5. That Department Roads and Infrastructure Management BE     INVITED to the next Subcouncil meeting to address concerns       regarding service notification with           reference to repainting of street    names, signage etc.
