Resolution detail

a)    That the application for an extension of liquor trading hours from 11:00 to 18:00,
      Sundays trading, for OFF CONSUMPTION: The Riviera Liquor Store, Erf
     9684, 20 Halt Road, Elsies River. Reference number WCP033370 – Ward
     26, BE SUPPORTED, on condition that the trading hours be changed
     from 12:00 until 18:00.

b)    Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn

Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor license.
