The contents of the above mentioned report be NOTED;

The Area Manager, Ms Soraya Elloker reports to Subcouncil meetings and in her absence the Executive Director. Should Mr Faizel Holliday need to represent, it should be done with motivation;

Balances of the professional services tender plan be utilised for the veranda cover;
-
A projected cost and plan be submitted to the Subcouncil for the veranda cover intended to be placed at Tafelsig clinic.
