It be NOTED that an event application for a Section 48(4) was received from ITALIAN FESITIVAL – E230210023, was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the application, reference no. E230210023, for the business CAPE EPIC, BE SUPPORTED.
