Resolution detail

The Chairperson introduced the item on Proposed Amendments to the 2022-2027 Integrated Development Plan (IDP) – 2022/23, related to the Council approved midyear adjustment budget. The Subcouncil Manager gave an opportunity to the officials from IDP to explain the item. Mr. Coto explained the purpose of the report and said that the item was tabled in Council on the 26th January 2023 and it is brought to the Subcouncil for comments and would want to receive the comments before 28th February 2023. He said that if councillors have questions of clarity they can ask. Cllr Moses moved for noting of the report supported by Cllr Achmat. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution. RESOLVED That the report on Proposed amendments to the 2022-2027 Integrated development plan (IDP) – 2022/23, Related to the Council Approved Mid-year Adjustment budget BE NOTED. . .
