That the Ward 51 Business Plans for 2022/23 – 2026/27 as attached to this report BE ADOPTED by the Subcouncil for the new term of office.

That Ward Councillor SIGN OFF on his individual Ward Plans.

That the implementation of / or progress with Ward Plans BE MONITORED on a monthly basis by Ward Councillor.

That it be noted that QUARTERLY REPORTS will be submitted to the Subcouncil for monitoring and review purposes.

That these documents be discussed at the first WARD COMMITTEE meeting scheduled for 2023.

That this plans also be forwarded to LINE DEPARTMENTS to ensure that these are accommodated in their business plans and future budgets.
