5. Ward 103: Belami Drive, Sonstraal Heights (TNDN3766). Request for traffic calming along Belami Drive, Sonstraal Heights was received from Connie Dunn.
It was reported that the investigation focussed on a portion of Belami Road which was not the area of concern as per the complaint/request received (Belami Heights / Bakersfield access).
The ward councillor, Ald. Fourie indicated that a hollistic approach was needed to address the areas of concern and therefore requested that a site visit with the line department in attendance be scheduled.
6. Ward 112: Plataan Street, Durbanville (TNDN3793). Request for traffic calming along Plataan Street, Durbanville was received from Olive Scheepers.

That the items iro Ward 112 REMAIN on the MRA schedule pending revised investigations to be reported on.
That the outcome of the site visit iro Belami Drive as reflected below BE DEALT WITH ADMINISTRATIVELY, to be placed on the Subcouncil dashboard where after this item be removed from the MRA schedule.
Removal of ground level vegetation and one (1) tree be trimmed Painted Road Markings & Signage: Slow/concealed driveways Yellow LED studs from Belami Ridge and Bakersfield entrances all the way to the circle Red and White middle lane LED studs to be installed Flexible bollards all along yellow line exiting the circle on Belami to Belami Ridge inner yellow line.
A request to the residents of the two Security Complexes to consider left-in/left-out movement and use the two circles as a change of direction /turnaround.
