It is recommended that: It BE NOTED that an application for a Section 36 New Liquor application was received from Bohemian Rhapsody – LLA22100021 was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended: Subcouncil 08 recommended that the application, reference no. LLA22100021, for the business Bohemian Rhapsody, IS NOT SUPPORTED.
Let it BE FURTHER NOTED that Cllr Peck will support this application once the Planning Department confirms that the zoning for the business is in order.
