Resolution detail

RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that:

a) The Subcouncil take note of the public participation process being
          conducted, to obtain comments on the intent to adopt a City of Cape
         Town Ground Level Map of the City of Cape Town Development
          Management Scheme, in terms of item 3A of the City of Cape Town
          Municipal Planning By-law, 2015;

b) The Subcouncil submit any comment on the draft City of Cape Town
           Ground Level Map 2015, before 31 January 2023 to
           lums@capetown.gov.za
