RESOLVED to recommended that:

a) The Subcouncil consider commenting on the draft Comprehensive
                Integrated Transport Plan (CITP) 2023 – 2028 (Annexure A).

b) The Subcouncil note the Public Participation Plan for the draft
     Comprehensive Integrated Transport Plan (CITP) 2023 – 2028 for the
     City of Cape Town (Annexure B).
