RESOLVED that:

the lease of portion of public passage, a portion of erf 95 Green Point situated Off Ocean View Drive, Green Point shown hatched and lettered ABCD on the plan STC 3101 marked annexure A attached to the report, in extent approximately 62m², to Cavaletto 99 Prop Ltd, owner of Erf 1989, BE REMOVED and await a new application.

Roads Department advise Subcouncil 16 of the outcome regarding the legal action on this application.
