RESOLVED that,

Subcouncil 12 SUPPORTS and RECOMMENDS to Council that project CPX.0030465-F1 Watergate Park - Play Equipment (R125 000) be cancelled and the funds be returned to Subcouncil 17, to be reallocated to a new or approved 2022/23 Ward Allocations project.

Subcouncil 12 supports and recommends to Council that the unallocated amount of R8 565, forthcoming from 2021/22 capital balances, be reallocated to an existing 2022/23 Ward Allocations project, CPX.0030157-F1 Epsom Park - Play Equipment, thereby increasing the budget from R50 000 to R58 565.

The 2022/23 budget amendments be included in the January 2023 Adjustments Budget.
