The Subcouncil Chairperson introduced this item from page 197 to 206 on the Agenda and gave an opportunity to the official to give detailed feedback. Mr. Malgraff who was supposed to report on this item was muted on the Skype call. The Subcouncil Chairperson mentioned they read and understood the report. Cllr Nikelo moved for noting of the report seconded by Cllr Moses. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.
